Is this a franchise?
No. Big Light Letters USA is a licensing model, not a franchise. You pay a single flat license fee for a set term. No ongoing royalties to us, no percentage of your revenue, no surprise costs.
What does it cost to get started?
Package pricing starts from $35,000 USD for smaller territories and $42,000 USD for larger territories. This includes your full opening stock, license fee, booking platform setup, marketing kit, and everything you need to launch. Is there a fee for the booking platform?
The booking platform is available to all licensees and runs on a small per-booking fee plus a monthly software subscription. This funds ongoing development - keeping the system updated, adding new features, and ensuring everything runs smoothly as your business grows.
The platform is optional. You're free to manage bookings your own way. Most licensees use it because it removes the back-and-forth and converts enquiries faster - but it's your business and your call.

Do I need any technical knowledge to run the booking system?
Not at all. We set everything up for you and provide full training as part of your onboarding. If you can use a smartphone, you can run this system.
Do I need experience in events or rentals?
